Darren Barker fires a left uppercut towards the mid-section of Danny Butler in their British title clash this past Saturday.

Darren Barker and Danny Butler squared off this past Saturday with the vacant British Middleweight title up for grabs.  Barker's opponent was originally scheduled to be Wayne Elcock, but when flu sidelined the former British champ, Butler stepped in to take the bout on only two days notice.

Stepping in to save the show on only two days notice, Danny Butler gets warmed up in his dressing room under the watchful eyes of his promoter Jane Couch. The young middleweight from Bristol, who was in action against Darren McDermott only 2 weeks earlier, brought an 18-3 record into the bout.
