The Huck-Lebedev judges did their best to ensure I have another 8th place finish

Yeah, that really cost a few players this week. Always sucks to make a good pick and then suffer at the hands of the judges. I made a couple bad picks, but got lucky.

If Hopkins would have taken the decision, then I would be in first place. Blame Canada!

and while you're at it...

thank Germany for second ;-)

I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘’Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.'’ (Bernard Hopkins)

If only....

Hopkins had got his deserved win things could look a bit different, and while Huck clearly never deserved a decision, he knew that in Germany as long as he kept it relatively close he would be fine, hence his relative lack of urgency in the last frame compared to the fight in Canada. They evened out for me, though I do feel for Lebedev more as less noise will be made about his….

i feel your pain guys

they totally screwed lebedev, the pascal hopkins bout was close and the draw was fair IMHO, i was scared shitless since i had a huge play on the over and hopkins was knocked down twice early
whats ironic its as badly as ive done this season ive actually earned more money gambling than in the last one where i won this fun game
