I think Chambers will make it close

Maybe I’m just deluding myself, and it certainly wouldn’t be the first time (this week), but I think Chambers can give Wlad some problems. It’s hard to see him coming out on top though, as he doesn’t have the kind of power to make the big guy nervous, and with Wlad fighting cautiously behind that hard jab, it’s going to be difficult for Eddie to pick enough spots to win the majority of the rounds.

I’ll say Wlad by 116-112, 115-113 type scores.

I think Wlad will be all over Eddie

He is simply too good at the basic boxing skills and will use them to effectively utilise his reach, keeping Chambers at bay for the whole twelve rounds and jabbing his face to pieces. I don’t really think that Chambers has enough head and body movement to get close enough to Wlad to use his hand speed and power in any meaningful way.

I wouldn’t be suprised if Pac turned out to be the incredible hulk in a very good disguise. - Sigidy

Not even close Wlad will KO Chambers early

Andrew you said it Chambers just doesn’t have the kind of power to make the big boys nervous.

All Wlad has to do is pop his jab pick Chambers apart then KO him simple as that.

This should be another boring fight by Wlad. Both Klitschko’s are similar fighters to Lennox Lewis BORING!

It won't be that easy...

I’m not picking Chambers to win, but he is better than these lumbering stationary fighters that Wlad has been battering.

I haven’t seen a great deal of Chambers but what I have seen has left me in no doubt that he doesn’t have a chance against Wlad. I think Wlad will out-jab him for a few rounds before starting to step in with the big right. I believe Wlad will win inside 8 one-sided rounds.

Chambers will make Wlad fight for a change.

I think Eddie is quick and skilled enough that he can go 12. He won’t plod face first into Little Brother K so that will be something different.

I’ll take Wlad in a 7-5 fight, but I think he’ll be made to look like a clumsy and timid sissy at times.

Wlad by decision, 7-5 or 8-4 in reality. Maybe wider on the cards. Chambers will make him work and it will scare the big dainty mound of sensitivity. Eddie can throw well to the body, just a question of managing to work around the clutching when he gets inside. I’m not sure if he is strong enough for that.

I give Chambers a better chance at winning than I give the gentle giant of scoring a stoppage. I doubt Chambers will ever be hurt and Wlad wont throw more than 5 or 6 right hands in the entire fight.

Hard to see him winning, but I think Chambers makes this an interesting fight. Many are comparing Chambers to Byrd but Chambers does a lot of things better than Chris – like not lay on the ropes, which is what Chris did for much of his first fight with Wladimir.

I see Chambers using head movement and body work to bag early rounds, but Wladimir will pull it out late with the more definitive punches.
