Arthur Abraham vs Andre Dirrell: Poll & Discussion

Can Dirrell pull the upset?  Does the fight have a chance to be entertaining, or will the mesh of styles mean a lack of action?  Are you still high on the Super Six, or have the complications and delays lowered your interest?

I’m expecting this to be among the worst fights in history. I am a big fan of Abraham’s but Dirrell is lightning fast in his run game and Art wont pursue him recklessly. I have a feeling that Andre is going to get a fairly undeserved decision in a horrible fight. If he gets close enough to swat, Abraham will turn out his lights. That’s what i’m hoping to read about as I wont be watching.

I’m about done with the Super 6 as a whole. Not that I wont watch(unless there is better on) but my excitement is gone. Though Abraham/Froch has FOTY potential. I’d be more than happy to see that fight with the winner taking on Bute.

I'm picking Dirrell...

He only looked uncomfortable against Froch, when pressed hard… and I’m not sure it’s in Abraham’s nature to fight with the kind of aggression he’ll need here.

116-112 for Dirrell is a snoozer.

I missed this post but I would’ve picked Abraham on points.

I agree with Mark that Abraham v Froch will be a very good fight. I also believe that Kessler v Froch will be as well, with Kessler knocking Froch out.

agree on Kessler-Froch

Mikkel needs the KO, and Froch can’t keep getting away with hanging his chin out there with his hands down.

I had Dirrell and over I think :)

Abraham Froch will hopefully be what the Super Six final stage is all about…2 guys going all out needing the win/KO, and Froch getting blasted out again :)

I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘’Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.'’ (Bernard Hopkins)
