In a closely contested ten rounder, up and coming middleweight Fernando Guerrero won a hard fought unanimous decision over veteran Ishe Smith. The scores were 95-93, 96-93 and 97-91.

Prospect Shawn Porter stayed unbeaten by banging out a unanimous decision over a very game Ray Robinson. The scores were 99-89, 97-92 and 98-91.
