NEW SEASON STARTS - The Boxing Bulletin Pick'em Game - Season 3, Week 1

PrintEveryone's back on level terms as a new season begins this week.
If you're a new player, please make sure to check out week one's post from season 2 to familiarize yourself with the rules (we promise they are simple). An explanation of how to fill out your selections appears at the bottom of this post - please follow these instructions as it makes it easier for us to tabulate the results quickly each week.
We have one new wrinkle to add to this season's game - the addition of TRIPLES. Each player will not only have up to 10 doubles at their disposal, but also the option of using up to 5 triples over the 10 week season. When using a double, you will be risking twice as many points for the chance to win twice as many... and for triples, you will be risking three times as many points for the chance to win three times as many.
Let’s get to the week 1 line-up…
**** Remember you do not need to make a selection on every fight. If you are unfamiliar with any of the fighters, and don't want to risk points, you are free to PASS on any pick. In order to receive the weekly participation bonus of 10 points, players must make at least one selection. ****
A. Pick the winner - Chad Dawson vs Jean Pascal (Saturday, August 14)
1. Dawson to win – risk 12 points to win 4.
2. Pascal to win – risk 4 points to win 12.
B. Method of victory - Chad Dawson vs Jean Pascal (technical decision counts as decision, DQ counts as stoppage)
1. Dawson by stoppage – risk 1 to win 5.
2. Dawson by decision – risk 7 to win 5.
3. Pascal by stoppage – risk 1 to win 9.
4. Pascal by decision – risk 1.5 to win 6.
C. Pick the winner - Anselmo Moreno vs Nehomar Cermeno (Saturday, August 14)
1. Moreno to win – risk 8.5 points to win 6.
2. Cermeno to win – risk 6 points to win 8.5.
D. Method of victory - Anselmo Moreno vs Nehomar Cermeno (technical decision counts as decision, DQ counts as stoppage)
1. Moreno by stoppage – risk 1 to win 6.
2. Moreno by decision – risk 5 to win 5.
3. Cermeno by stoppage – risk 1 to win 6.
4. Cermeno by decision – risk 2.5 to win 6.
E. Pick the winner - Miguel Vazquez vs Ji Hoon Kim (Saturday, August 14)
1. Vazquez to win – risk 5 points to win 4.
2. Kim to win – risk 4 points to win 5.
Please fill out your selections as follows:
Enter the LETTER of the fight first, then whether it’s a double (2) or single (1) followed by the NUMBER of your pick and the NAME of the FIGHTER and METHOD of victory (where applicable).
For Selection A, if you want to use one of your doubles on Pascal to win...

For Selection B, if you wanted to pick Dawson to win by decision without using a double, you would enter...
B. (1) – 2 – Dawson by decision
For Selection C, if you wish to use a triple for a pick on Moreno...

Hey Matt, just to clarify – doubles/triples are listed first and go in the brackets. I gather you are using doubles on Dawson and a single bet on Cermeno to win by decision.
